By accessing or using the Authenticator App Secure 2FA service provided by REVENTY TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Authenticator App Secure 2FA is a two-factor authentication application that provides secure authentication codes for your online accounts. The service includes:

• Generation and management of time-based one-time passwords (TOTP)
• Secure storage of authentication secrets
• Backup and synchronization features
• Multi-device access capabilities

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Updating your information to keep it current

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service to transmit harmful or malicious code

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REVENTY TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Technical issues or system failures
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service disruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REVENTY TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REVENTY TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
